Award winning designer to create one-of-a-kind jacket for TCP Winners
Alan Flusser's name is synonymous with tasteful elegance and style. Enduring vintage classical style of dress from the era of Cary Grant,
Tyrone Power and Fred Astaire are the foundation of Flusser designs. It's Flussers' keen sense and knowledge of menswear that are his legacy
surrounding the best dressed men from the days when polo events were the fashion runways for true glamour. Alan Flusser is now creating
magnificent one-of-a-kind jackets for the winning Triple Crown of Polo team in each of its three stops - Sarasota, FL.; Dallas, TX.; and Santa Barbara.
Flusser, an award winning writer with five books on men's dress is the recipient of the Coty Award as Top Menswear Designer, and known for his work on several television shows and motion pictures. He attracted national attention for designing Michael Douglas' wardrobe in the movie Wallstreet.
Each TCP winning team member will be custom fit with a winner's jacket from the Alan Flusser Custom Shop (www.alanflussercustom.com) located in New York following their victory. Unlike the trophies the winner's receive, this added award is a winner's recognition they can proudly wear!
Triple Crown of Polo (TCP) is the foremost polo series in the United States with worldwide television broadcast rights through a partnership with ESPN, Inc. The TCP live events and television broadcast focus on world class polo competitions and the glamorous, fast paced scene that surrounds them. TCP's first season which begins April 3, 2005 takes place from three of the most pristine polo venues in the world, Sarasota, Florida; Dallas, Texas; and Santa Barbara, California. TCP's inaugural season will be used to gather television footage and introduce advertisers to the sport. The broadcasting of TCP events will commence with with the 2006 tournament series.
