Winnercomm is America's largest independent sports production and programming company with 12 EMMY Awards to its credit and the owner of the high-flying Skycam that provides the overhead shots that enhance the coverage of football and other sports on ABC and ESPN. James Wilburn founded Winner Communications in 1982 and has more than 30 years of experience in television and media. Jim has been the moving force behind Winnercomm's evolution into America's largest independent sports production, program development, marketing services and sales company. Jim is a true visionary when it comes to media strategy. His innovative and aggressive approaches to media sales and marketing have defied the odds countless times, always to the benefit of the client. Forging long-lasting relationships with premier sports properties and corporate brands, Jim goes beyond the client/ vendor relationship to truly champion each client's cause. Jim lends his media savvy and cunning negotiation skills to help build client's businesses by placing them at the right place at the right time. Jim's personal commitment to excellence and customer service have engendered an organizational culture which consistently places the needs of the client above all else.

Marc Kidd, as managing partner of Winnercomm, Inc. for the past two years, Kidd's vast experience and core understanding of conceptual selling, packaging and selling corporate partnerships, television, radio, print, Internet promotions and grassroots events has resulted in sales of more than $175 million in corporate marketing and media.
As a former executive to Host Communications, Kidd is a seasoned sports marketing executive. Kidd was extremely significant to HOST collegiate business and overall management and operations for more than 20 years. Throughout his tenure with HOST, Kidd held numerous executive positions in the areas of sales, collegiate sports, marketing, radio and television, client development, new business, and grassroots events and promotions. Specifically, he was part of the initial HOST team in 1984 that was responsible for creating the first-ever corporate partnership program in collegiate sports. In 1985, the influential NCAA Corporate Partner Program was born, establishing an unprecedented avenue for Corporate America to speak to the collegiate marketplace. He also played a key role in the development of NCAA Football in 1997.
Today, Kidd overseas the multiple aspects of Winnercomm's business operations and continues to the be the lead consultant to Host Communications and provides strategic input for NCAA Football, ESPN Outdoors, NTRA Productions, PBA and the PRCA.
Kidd, a distinguished alumnus of Eastern Kentucky University and graduate of the Sports Management Institute, began his career handling local sales for HOST's colleges and universities and administered the Southwest Conference Radio Network.
